Production

We apply two-stage mixing process into our production. Four mixing lines are being used for the manufacture of our colored and black rubber compounds. We use modern mixers with different capacities – from 45 L to 250 L in order to meet the demands of today’s market.

BARWELL pre-forming machine, calender-machine and strainer are additionally used in order to satisfy the specific requests of our customers.

HARUB is producing compounds mainly based on NR, NBR, SBR, EPDM and CR elastomers. Our products are intended to various types of manufacturing processes such as:

Our wide range of products requires specific delivery forms. HARUB is able to deliver rubber compounds in the following forms:

Endless strip Calender sheets / rolls Pre-forms The above delivery forms can be offered at different dimensions as per customer’s requests. The packaging of our products is done in accordance to the customer’s needs. We are able to provide our customers with compounds packed in carton boxes, one-way or returnable euro-pallets, etc.
